 Radworks (RAD) is a community-governed network dedicated to building and funding new, resilient, permissionless technologies aimed at fostering internet freedom. It is the driving force behind Radicle, a sovereign peer-to-peer network for code collaboration built on Git, and Drips, a peer-to-peer fund sharing and splitting solution built on Ethereum. Radworks operates under a decentralized governance system powered by the $RAD governance token.

The project was founded by Monadic, a Berlin-based software company focused on open-source software collaboration, led by Alexis Sellier and Eleftherios Diakomichalis. After the launch of $RAD in 2021, the Radicle Foundation was established to continue coordinating the development of the Radicle project. Today, Radworks is entirely community-governed and funds the development of Radicle and Drips.
