Frontier is a decentralized finance (DeFi)

Frontier is a decentralized finance (DeFi) aggregator that operates across multiple blockchains, including BandChain, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Harmony. The project's goal is to provide users with access to various DeFi functionalities such as staking, asset swapping, liquidity mining, and collateralized debt position (CDP) management, regardless of the blockchain they use.

Founded in April 2019, Frontier boasts a team of over 15 members, including co-founders Ravindra Kumar, Palash Jain, and Vetrichelvan Jeyapalpandy. Kumar, the CEO, brings extensive experience in smart contract development and has worked on numerous mobile applications. Jain, the CMO, has a background in blockchain communications and holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. Jeyapalpandy, the CTO, has a strong track record in mobile and web development.

Frontier stands out in the DeFi space by addressing the issue of fragmentation, allowing users to access multiple DeFi applications in one place. It integrates various non-custodial wallets, eliminating the need for users to download multiple wallets to participate in different ecosystems.

The FRONT token, Frontier's utility token, plays a crucial role in the ecosystem. With a total supply of 100 million tokens, FRONT is used for voting in decentralized governance, providing liquidity to pools, and staking to secure the Frontier Chain network.

Security is paramount for Frontier, with the FRONT token being an ERC-20 token and the project deploying smart contracts for token bridging. Additionally, Frontier released its Frontier Chain Incentivized Testnet, powered by Cosmos SDK, in April 2021.

FRONT tokens can be traded on various centralized and decentralized exchanges, including Binance, Huobi Global, KuCoin, Gate.io, and Uniswap.

Overall, Frontier aims to simplify DeFi participation for users while providing them with access to a wide range of DeFi functionalities across different blockchains.
