My DeFi Pet was conceived in April 2021 by a visionary Vietnamese team, creators of KardiaChain, Vietnam and Southeast Asia's pioneer interoperable blockchain. Trim Pham, CEO of My DeFi Pet, also spearheads KardiaChain. Serving as COO is Liem Thai, CEO of Topebox, a prominent game development studio in Vietnam, boasting extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the gaming industry and media, supplemented by three decades as an avid gamer.


The core team comprises additional members from either KardiaChain or Topebox. My DeFi Pet garners support from a robust advisory panel and an eclectic array of venture capital funds, including Animoca Brands (NFT-centric), Spark Digital (DeFi-focused), Axia 8, and Bixin Ventures (strategic product development), among others.

My DeFi Pet entices with intricate gameplay mechanics designed to captivate players.


Players acquire pets through two distinct avenues. The first entails summoning, wherein players procure a random egg by investing DPET tokens. Alternatively, auctions offer an opportunity to bid on pets. With a new pet birthed hourly, bidding spans 24 hours, after which unclaimed pets linger at the Altar for subsequent acquisition.


Furthermore, players can breed pets, spawning offspring inheriting genetic traits from their progenitors, thereby birthing novel variations.


Pets evolve through designated levels and abilities, with players nurturing them using DPET tokens. Pets actively partake in battles, challenging bosses to secure DPET tokens as rewards. Bosses, numbering 100 levels, emerge every 15 minutes post-defeat or upon expiration of the timer. Pet Masters have 12 hours to vanquish each boss level, with a 48-hour window for the final boss.


Future iterations of My DeFi Pet promise play-to-earn features and social enhancements, with a mobile app slated for release ahead of Season 2 in Q2 2022.


Unlocking the Circulatory Dynamics of My DeFi Pet (DPET)

DPET's total supply stands at 100 million tokens. Private sale and public sale distributions amount to 21.875% and 1.5625%, respectively. Team allocations, constituting 16.5% of tokens, undergo a one-year lockup period, followed by linear vesting over another year. Partner allocations (10%) undergo six-month lockup before similar linear vesting. Advisors receive 3% with analogous vesting. Liquidity provision for the DEX encompasses 1.25%, reserves 18.8125%, and marketing reserves 27%, subject to monthly vesting.


Fortifying the My DeFi Pet Network

DPET operates as a BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain, complemented by the game's deployment on the interoperable KardiaChain. Plans to extend DPET's presence to additional blockchains, including Ethereum and Polkadot, are underway. Recently, integration of Chainlink's VRF function ensures absolute randomness within the game.


BSC's security rests on the proof-of-stake consensus mechanism, electing 21 validators every 24 hours to oversee transaction validation and blockchain integrity. Validators stake BNB coins with Binance to qualify for validation privileges.
